Hey, it's JP here, the owner of JPGCoaching.
I've been lucky enough to have worked with thousands of clients,
helping them reach their personal fitness goals.
I'm a coach and bodybuilder, dedicated to helping you
reach your goals, whether that's a specific weight loss goal or muscle-building goal.
There's not a one-size-fits-all approach to training, fitness, and nutrition, so I don't offer one. Instead, you'll have the option to connect with me directly, through one-on-one coaching, join one of my online Teams where you get a less personal service (but still an amazingly effective program) for a fraction of the cost, and you can even buy a training plan if you're someone that likes to simply follow a program without coaching or community. All three can be effective, so just decide what will work best for you and we'll support you.

This won't be easy and I don't believe in a silver bullet to achieving your goals or taking shortcuts to get there. But, what we do here works and our approach prioritizes sustainability and long-term results.

Work With jpgcoaching
These 1:1 coaching spots are extremely limited as jpgcoaching works with a maximum of 8-10 clients 1:1 per month. On average 2-3 spots may open up every 3-4 months. If you would like to apply then please fill out the waitlist below. Monthly rates start at $800/Month for general coaching. If you cannot commit to this for at least 3 months then working with one of team JPGs coaches may be a better option.If you are looking for bodybuilding competition prep please specify in the waitlist as rates differ.

Payment is non-refundable once plans are issued due to the custom nature of the work and time put into writing each individualized program. No refunds will be issued during our time together due to the nature of intellectual property provided as well as the 24/7 ongoing support that comes with coaching. It is the clients responsibility to cancel any subscriptions should they no longer wish to continue. Programs will not be hosted online after our time together is up and it is the clients responsibility to save their programs should they wish to. Check ins are the clients responsibility. If you do not check in yet do not cancel payments your spot as a client will be maintained until payments are canceled. Client openings are limited so maintaining payments may be used to hold your spot as a client at my discretion.
The contents of the programs are confidential and are only to be utilized by the individual to whom they are addressed. Any attempts to distribute, copy or share the program are forbidden.
